When life piles up, classical Islamic psychology (Ilm al-Nafs) offers a gentle reset: 🌿
Tafakkur over panic: Stop future-tripping. Focus only on the step in front of you. 💭
Somatic grounding: Slow prayer and intentional wudu actively calm your body. 💧
Spiritual surrender: You aren't meant to control everything. Release the grip. 🤲
If you feel trapped in chronic burnout, let's untangle it together.

Being chosen privately, publicly, consistently and without confusion. That’s my type of love.

I never met a man who admitted them being wrong..and I also know a man who is very cool with disagreements and so far never showed me a sign of immaturity.. I also have my mom who never admits her mistake.
But the question is, among the two genders, who is more prone to admitting when they are wrong?

Why in inbox... saying,
"goddess I want to worship you"
...make a lady... Blush, shy...
I want psychological answer, not religious answer...

Always try to respond to every evil thing with best possible manner beacuse a bottle will always pour out what it contains regardless of who squeeze it.

Genuinely curious. To those women who are seeking a spouse, what do you find in common with a man that makes you want to marry them so badly?
As a single by choice lady, I cannot understand what is making women on this platform put men on a pedestal. The image from the majority of the posts here gives me the impression that their life is not complete if they don’t get a man and have the title of wife.
I have been in close proximity with men all my life. I engage with them and I have socialised in their circles. I don’t have anything in common with men, and apart from a professional setting, I don’t see myself spending hours talking to them because there’s nothing I have in common with men, and frankly, I find them boring.
I find my mind wandering off when they start talking about sports, their weekends, gossips or those flexing conversations they have with each other to get male validation.
So I wonder, what do all these women here find so compelling about men that they are willing to give up their freedom for marriage?

Forget looks, money and status for a moment. What is one quality that would make you seriously consider someone for marriage?
