Allahs mercy as farrrr greater than our sins.
Even if ours sins were to reach the skies and beyond .
Never carry shame.
Never carry guilt.
They are from the enemy 👿
Recognise the mistake.
Ask Allah to forgive.
Have intention to not do it again.
If it was sincere,
assume w certainty Allah has accepted it.
Now be happy.
Life is toooo short to carry any negative emotion / feeling.
Anything that doesn’t serve you leave it and never ever look back.
You won when u chose to walk away.

Remember Allah is oft- forgiving
His forgiveness doesn’t stop, just don’t take it for granted.

‘Thinking for yourself is hard.

It requires effort.
Research.
Questioning your own assumptions.
Standing alone when necessary.

Following someone who makes you feel good is much easier.

That’s why so many people outsource their thinking to influencers, politicians, media personalities, and online tribes.

Not because those people are always right.

But because certainty is comforting.

The danger is that when you stop thinking for yourself,
you don’t just surrender your opinions—

you surrender your ability to know whether they were ever yours to begin with.’

Remember that a liar wants trust without honesty. A manipulator wants closeness without responsibility. A toxic person wants access without growth.
And I hope it doesn't take you a lifetime to realize this.

795 reactions · 30 shares | Shame spirals. Non-negotiable, no bueno. I will miss messages, forget to reply, say the wrong thing when I do. The second I can say “oh well, I forgive myself” is the second I get all my energy back. Getting overly excited about wins. The yin to the last yang. One burst of excitement drains my already-low reserves. Celebrate, yes, but I just write the win down and read them all at the end of the day. Keeps the momentum without the crash. Unique food choices. I eat the same style every day. Grill a protein for the week, pick a carb, pick a sauce. Swap it weekly instead of daily and you’d be shocked how un-boring it stays. Unique clothes. My closet is white, black, and beige. My brain isn’t good at what seems simple for everyone else, so the physical guardrails let me change it up without going full Steve Jobs uniform. Morning sunlight. I can’t overstate this. Your body needs it more than ever. Long to-do lists. The most effective system I’ve found is an if-then list, and I put the single task in the physical spot of the cue. Gym shoes on the passenger seat. A box by the door for what I need to grab. Starting to-dos, not finishing to-dos. You don’t write “go to the gym,” you write “put on gym clothes.” That’s the level of simplicity that kickstarts momentum. If it’s an email, I pre-type the first line. Save this if your brain works like mine | Darian Williams

Having good thoughts about Allah.

Imām Ibn al-Qayyim رحمه الله said:

"Every time the servant has good thoughts about Allah, perfects his hope in Him, and is truthful in his trust in Him, then indeed Allah will never disappoint him nor let him down, for He does not break.

Our hearts go through many emotions. There are moments when we feel jealous, disappointed, hurt, or overwhelmed by thoughts that we do not even want to have. Being human means experiencing these feelings.

But instead of allowing those emotions to consume our hearts, let us return to Allah by saying, “Astagfirullahi wa atubu ilaihi”.

Seeking forgiveness is not only for major sins. It is also a beautiful way of purifying the heart, calming the mind, and reminding ourselves that Allah knows every struggle taking place within us.

Whenever jealousy enters your heart, when disappointment becomes too heavy, or when negative thoughts begin to overwhelm you, turn to Allah immediately. Ask Him to cleanse your heart, grant you peace, and protect you from feelings that distance you from Him.

A simple remembrance can soften a heavy heart. Sometimes, all we need is to pause, seek forgiveness, and remember that Allah is always near and always ready to guide us back to peace.
