When we see something wrong in almost everything, perhaps the world is not the one that has changed—perhaps our hearts have. Sometimes, what needs cleansing is not the world itself, but the lens through which we view it, blurred by the dust of judgment and the weight of our own burdens.

Sometimes I get so confused by what’s happening around me.
Some of my friends have taken off their hijab and even left their faith, yet they look so happy.

And I have a friend who has been married 3 times and has 3 kids.
As a friend, I tried to give her advice and remind her to think about it. But in the end, I gave up... and chose to walk away from the friendship.

I’m not jealous of their worldly happiness. I just pause and wonder…
Why is this era like this?
The sincere and loyal ones are taken for granted, while those who do wrong seem to have everything go so smoothly for them.

But then I remember:
May Allah always protect our hearts and keep us guided on the path of goodness.
Let’s not race for the kind of happiness we see on social media.
Let’s race for the happiness of the Hereafter —
because that’s the only happiness that truly lasts.

If you are being presented vaccinations of any kind be very carefull, make sure you well informed.
Focus on prevention. Use natural remedies before any unnatural.

There is an overpopulation. They create the disease, and then present the cure. Especially in certain areas, they use not well informed people. Twist facts, create doubt.

Doubt is their product.

We often ask, "How are you?" but rarely ask, "How is your heart?"

Taking care of our mental well-being doesn't mean our faith is weak. Sometimes, it means we're learning to trust Allah while also taking care of ourselves in healthy ways.

What do you do to protect your peace of mind? I'd genuinely love to hear your thoughts and experiences. 🤍

Whatever you do with your life, just make sure you endup with a kind partner. There will be very many days the feeling of love will not be enough to get you through the
days. But a kind person will always be a kind person regardless.Because one day, love will feel ordinary, and on that day, character will matter more than chemistry.

The Empty Chair
Every evening, an old man carried two chairs onto his veranda.
He sat in one.
The other remained empty.
His grandson watched this for weeks before finally asking,
Grandpa, why do you always bring out two chairs when no one else is here?
The old man rested his hand on the empty chair and smiled.
This chair is for the words I thought I had time to say.
The apology I kept postponing.
The gratitude I never expressed.
The friend I never called.
The love I assumed people already knew.
For a while, the evening was quiet.
Then he said,
The heart has a way of remembering what the lips never spoke.
Psychology teaches us that our minds don't only carry memories of what happened.
Sometimes they carry the weight of what never happened.
The conversation we kept delaying.
The help we never asked for.
The forgiveness we never offered.
The affection we never expressed.
Perhaps some of our heaviest burdens are not the words we said...
but the ones we left behind.
