I think I’m more picking about finding a father for my future children than caring about a husband. I wouldn’t be able to watch my children be disappointed in my choice.. 🥹

Allah fed Maryam fresh dates from a dead tree on her worst day (19:24- 25).
He turned fire cold for Ibrahim. He answered Yunus from inside a whale, inside the dark, inside the ocean (21:87).
and you think your one situation is too tangled for Him to reach.

When I feel really depressed, low energy, and like a loser- I revert to experiencing life vicariously through social media- what misery!
Aslm aliakum A kind heart a peaceful mind and sincere intentions That's all I'm looking for🤩

My interactions with others have made me question if I’m ungrateful or if I should be depressed at all.
I’m not unattractive, in fact I’m decently attractive. I’m intelligent, and yet I work a dead end job, am depressed, and am stuck.
Should I even be depressed, the way I’ve been for the past 6 years. I feel I have no purpose.
What is wrong with me??!

When the world pushes you to your knees, you are in the perfect position to pray💯✅

After 3-5 minutes of walking, your blood pressure begins to drop, and your heart starts pumping faster.
After 10-15 minutes, your body releases feel-good chemicals like endorphins and serotonin while dropping cortisol.
At 30 minutes, your muscles are warm, joints are lubricated, and you're burning calories.
One of the best things you could do for your body is take a 30-minute walk outside.
