Need a safe space to discuss your mental health? Please always remember to SEEK HELP when things get bad 💛 Never suffer alone 🤝
🧠🤍 Gentle question for everyone…
What is one small habit that has genuinely improved your mental health?
Not a life-changing event.
Not a perfect solution.
Just one simple thing that helps you get through difficult days a little easier.
Maybe it’s:
🌷 Going for a walk
🌷 Making dua
🌷 Journaling
🌷 Exercising
🌷 Limiting social media
🌷 Talking to a trusted friend
🌷 Spending time in nature
Sometimes the smallest habits have the biggest impact over time.
Let’s share ideas and perhaps help someone who may be struggling silently. 🤍
Forgive These Things In Islam
• Forgive your parents for not loving you how you needed, but the only way they knew how. “Lord have mercy on my parents, they raised me when i was little” (17:24)
• Forgive yourself for everything you did that was bad, because Allah already forgave you. “Allah forgives all” (39:53) The past is past : keep moving & do better
• Forgive others for hurting you, because they were weak. “Humankind was created weak” (4:28) Only hurt people, hurt others
• Forgive sins that you witness around you. You don’t know what peoples’ journeys are. So don’t judge. “True judgement belongs to Allah” (6:57)
• Forgive yourself for not always being the best version of yourself. “You’re only human” (18:110) Forgive yourself to heal yourself.
