@Elefzed
I try to eat right, get at least some exercise, and protect my sleep, so I’m usually not terribly exhausted. But every once in a while, I get tired, like everyone else.

“Men are just as dramatic as women, they just hide it differently.
But honestly, who’s more dramatic....,?

Fear
What I've learnt so far about facing our fears one by one and one step at the time, it's like going to the gym and building muscles in workouts until reached wanted shape and wear a different body that we ourselves hardly recognise.
Though there're always new fears and maintaining to overcome old fears it's a continuous work but maintaining to work through them in our life journey helps massively.
Let's start facing our fears with bismillah & end each stage of every fear with alhamdulillah. ✨️
May Allah SWT purify our characters, protect us, bless our efforts to overcome our fears, grant healing to anyone tested in their mental health and take us back to Him in the best of health and eman ameen.
💙 الحمدلله
Astaghfiru'Allah 🤍 📿

What is Sabr?
Our beloved Prophet Muhammad ﷺ endured loss, hunger, and unimaginable hardships, yet remained steadfast in faith.
Sabr is trusting Allah, even when your heart is hurting.

Beauty fades. Money comes and goes. But a sincere heart and good character are what truly matter. Allah looks at your hearts and deeds, not your appearance or wealth.
@xaa1234
Don’t give up. What seems impossible to you is never beyond Allah’s power.
