THE ART OF KEEPING YOUR HEART PURE…

A pure heart does not find pleasure in another person’s downfall. It either extends a helping hand, offers a sincere prayer or chooses silence.

It understands that everyone is carrying something, and that another person’s struggle is not an invitation to gossip.

If you cannot help them, at least don’t add to their burden or make them the subject of your conversations. Choose compassion over judgment, kindness over gossip, and grace even when no one is watching.

Sometimes, silence is not indifference… sometimes, it is respect. And protecting someone’s dignity when they are not around is one of the clearest reflections of a pure heart.

I published today a new article exploring the darker side of our emotions: Emotional Dominance: How Feelings Shape Human Behavior. ✨

✍ Sometimes, we don't react to what is happening in front of us; we react to what we feel, what we remember, and what we fear experiencing again. We suppress vulnerability to protect our ego, mistake emotional intensity for truth, and justify reactions that can damage relationships, destroy trust, and leave us dealing with consequences long after the moment has passed.

✍ The darkest part of emotional dominance is that we can believe we are in control while our emotions are making decisions for us. We may win an argument but lose someone's trust, feel temporarily satisfied but create lasting pain, or appear strong while avoiding the emotions we refuse to confront.

🙌 Your emotions are real, but your reactions aren't always right. Learning to understand what you feel before deciding how to respond could change the way you see yourself and the people around you.

Don’t listen to what they say. Watch what they do. That’s where you’ll find your place in their life.

Choose comfort over appearance. Life isn’t about looking good on the journey; it’s about feeling at peace with the life you live.

Letting go is not always giving up. sometimes it is how you stop being dragged backward.

Why is it that those who are well-behaved, respectful, and genuinely want a relationship that pleases God always seem to have little luck, while those in bad relationships and those just looking for fun are more numerous and seem to be getting along well? Honestly, I need a serious and clear relationship with good intentions.

No longer chasing what is not there, I choose to celebrate what is here. I am grateful for my life today — with wounds that are slowly healing and happiness that is slowly growing
