Burnout.. sometimes when things are going good and starting to fall in place. I subconsciously self destruct.. into complacency and often neglect my own needs.

Salam everyone ,sorry but I am a bit unwell just need to rant some of my negativity ,
I feel super sensitive these days and when Im not in my mood,I tend to be super moody ,funnily I sometimes talk to myself many times.
As a high performer for many years,I have experience many burnouts ,but to me how many of you have seen psychiatirist .And I do not want to comment much but guys are discussing polygamy which I know is allowed but this just turns me off.
I know this is what propphet doses but to be honest in this age,I can rarely trust guys.
I see my own dad also some turn offs in him and to judge anyone is wrong,but no prophet is perfect and now a lot of man talk about religion which feels super hyprocrisy because talk is super cheap .
Polygamy issues are not to be played around but man suppose to lead not play around especially here feels like ghost a lot exist .Because no serious potentials I have encountered since I have been on this app close to 3 years .Next year will be 4th .Hence I find it difficult to trust even guys although this is supposed to be Muslim kind of app.
