New experiences ✨️
It is normal to experience mixed emotions in every new chapter in life.
_ Excited _ For a lot of us feeling excited for what's coming ahead and looking forward in the future with this new beginning it's a positive feeling.
However, _ Fear _ this opposite feeling of excitement is inevitable where we may even experience emotional paralysis to take the first step of this new chapter of our life.
Alhamdulillah the good news is a lot of us this last emotion_ Hope_ may take control at the end allowing us to move forward with the necessary first steps and calculated actions expecting a positive outcome from the duration of this new chapter of our lives.
We may experience these 3 emotions excitement, fear, and hope chronologically in that order or they may overlap and take turns in any new experience and the start of a new phase of our life.
It also helps knowing that if we don't take any action for any thing we want in life , the result and the outcome will always be zero. Plus we may not live a fully fulfilled life without taking measured risks and some healthy life adventures.
I find practising _Tawakkul _ helps me to manage these conflicting emotions where combining " tie your camel " ( doing our best ) and having full trust in Allah SWT. My Lord grant us Tawakkul in all that we do ameen.
May Allah SWT forgive us and our loved ones, grant us guidance, goodness of this world and Jannah ameen.
