I just started reading a story about Abraham Lincoln called team of rivals. It's how when he became president he took all the other opposing candidates and incorporated them into his cabinet.
I'm only in the second chapter, but what I found interesting is that he supported anti-slavery. On first note I wondered why any dominating person with privilege would be against slavery....
it's said that he never went to school. But read voraciously and passed the bar exam...
