The right one: "What can I build in the next 3 years that AI can't replicate?"
After 21 years teaching, and now working as a trauma-informed practitioner, I've noticed something. The professionals navigating career transitions well right now all share three traits — none of which show up on a resume:
→ Moral courage — making the harder-right choice under pressure, not just the efficient one
→ Emotional intelligence — reading a room AI still can't
→ Discernment — knowing which problem is actually worth solving
These aren't soft skills. They're the entire skillset AI hasn't automated.
Here's what worries me: we're not teaching this to the generation coming up behind us. Our youth are being prepared for jobs, not judgment.
That's the gap I've spent the last year building for — an AI-powered simulation game where secondary/youth learners navigate real ethical dilemmas with animal characters, no single right answer. Not a lesson. A rehearsal space for the exact muscles this era demands.
We launch in 2027. This August, I'm opening a small number of conversations with CSR partners and early investors who want to shape it from the ground up.
