How do I recover trust? I lost all trust and hope back in 2024. Then I recovered (sort of) this year and started all over again, searching for a partner.

But as you can see from my previous posts, when there was hope, suddenly it was like, "Nope, he's not the one."

Now, whenever a guy approaches me in real life or online who seems to have good intentions, I become a bit defensive and don't trust any words at all. I shut down again, where I can't find things to be attracted to in any guys anymore, even despite them being good looking, have a nice background , similar interests, and seeming like nice people from the outside.

I sometimes feel nauseated when I see their names pop up in notifications or when swiping people in any apps. Is it a response from past experiences? I felt this once by the end of 2024, so I stopped for a whole year. I only dated one guy in 2025, only because I had known him since 2024, and it's a long story why it didn't work out.

I just hope these feelings are temporary.🥹🥲
