I think people sometimes underestimate how important it is to do the “inner work” before looking for a partner

We tend to think that we know what we want

And equally
We don’t always ask ourselves whether what we bring to the table is what someone else should receive either.

Require balance.

And if you’re not willing to look in the mirror or heal, or make the adjustments needed to become a better version of yourself
