should I seek a wife if I can afford to live and pay for everything we need, but can’t throw a big wedding party?
I wanna share a thought and respectfully correct me if I am wrong:
I think marrying someone in the west in the age of late stage capitalism is absolutely broken!
Marrying someone has become a question of aesthetics and money.
The culture (western muslims) is an unholy mixture of hypercapitalist dawah bros.
Everyone is racing to instagram to show of wealth and how much „Iman“ they have.
Inshallah I am wrong on this one
I'm not looking for perfect people.
I'm looking for genuine conversations mutual respect and good intentions.
