Your akhirah is so important, it’s literally going to last forever… Let your brain understand how long “forever” actually is… infinite time, it will never end. Do you really want to spend forever being punished because you couldn’t let go of a few sins in this temporary dunya?

May Allah (swt) guide us all on the straight path and prevent us from departing it. May He protect us from misguidance and evil temptation, decreasing the number of our sins and increasing the number of our good deeds.

he Unseen Is a Mirror Pointing Beyond Itself

Perhaps the greatest mistake is to become fascinated with the unseen while forgetting its meaning. Angels, jinn, the qarīn and Shayṭān are not the destination of contemplation. They are signs within a larger reality. They point beyond themselves. The angels point toward divine command. The qarīn reminds you that temptation exists. Death points toward return. The unseen itself points toward the limits of human perception.

And beyond all of it is Allah.

The deepest mystery is not that there are beings you cannot see. It is that everything you can see and everything you cannot see exists within the knowledge of the One who sees without being seen in this worldly life. You are moving through a universe whose depths you cannot comprehend, carrying a soul whose reality you cannot fully comprehend, toward a meeting you cannot postpone.

The veil remains.

The journey continues.

And somewhere beyond everything the mind can grasp is the One who has known you from before you knew yourself.

The dunya is beautiful in every way — you see it everywhere: in people’s faces, gadgets, fine clothes, food, homes, and lifestyle. But remember — the dunya is a trap that can destroy your Akhirah. If you become too attached to it, you will easily go astray. So be wise — hold fast to your Deen.

When Simple Things Start Meaning Everything

At some point, you stop wanting a life that looks impressive to others.

You just want a life that feels right to your heart.

A peaceful home.
A few people whose presence feels like a blessing.
A quiet cup of tea.
A healthy body.
A little time to yourself.
And a heart that no longer needs to prove anything.

Because with age, you begin to understand that life was never really about having more.

It was about noticing more.

The warmth of the morning sun.
A familiar voice.
A meal shared with someone you love.
The comfort of coming home.
The people who stayed.
The ones who loved you quietly, without asking for anything in return.

And one day, you realize that so much of what you once took for granted was actually a blessing.

The ordinary days were precious.
The simple moments were the real treasures.
And the people you thought would always be there were, in fact, gifts you were never promised.

So perhaps growing older is not about wanting less from life.

It is about finally understanding the value of what life has already given you.

And when you look back, you may not remember the things you owned or the things you achieved.

You will remember the hands you held, the laughter you shared, the people who stood beside you, and the countless little moments that quietly made your life beautiful.

And then, with a heart full of humility, you whisper:

“Thank You, Allah… for the life I once thought was ordinary, but now realize was a collection of blessings I didn’t know how to count.”
