From human behaviour to neurodiverse perspectives, explore how we think, feel, and experience the world 🧠
Mental health is not a luxury, it’s a necessity. Take time to rest, breathe, and remind yourself that healing is a journey worth walking.
I've noticed that AI is becoming quite the matchmaker these days.
Some profiles use AI to perfect their photos, even though it sometimes changes their facial features so much they barely look like themselves, and I recently used AI to imagine what my dream woman might look like.
Which leaves me with one question:
At what point do we stop imagining each other and actually meet in real life? 😁😁
Societal norms..
When the circus is always in town, the people become desensitized and the mind normalizes its clowns. One becomes apart of the entertainment.
Is it still kindness if all you want to be is helpful, after reaching a certain level of understanding. Like am I mistaking this to being a good person. It feels transactional, cuz you're doing it to feel good.
Monday morning blues ? 😔
Pick one flower that you feel will brighten up your day. 😀

Women historically had to be married for survival. But for the first time in history, we are living in an era where women have the option to remain single and child free. 🙌🙌❤️
One of my favourite rabbit holes is psychology and neurodiversity.
Life has taught me that behind every behaviour is a story, behind every opinion is an experience, and behind every person is a mind trying to make sense of the world in its own unique way.
The older I get, the less interested I am in judging people and the more interested I am in understanding them.
Still learning. Still curious. Still amazed by how differently—and beautifully—we humans are wired.
