The victim will always talk about the trauma and the abuser will always talk about the victim. Stay woke 👁️.

A person can laugh with everyone and still be fighting silent battles inside. Be gentle, because you never know what someone is carrying.

Trigger warning!

You can easily assess someone’s maturity just by reading how they respond. One of the biggest misconceptions people have is that if you choose to talk about something, you must automatically be against it.

If you point out or address an issue involving women, suddenly you hate women. If you call out something involving men, you must hate men. The same applies to everything: religion, cultural practices, social norms, traditions, you name it.

The moment you address an uncomfortable issue, people are so quick to turn it into you’re taking sides that sometimes you start to think wisdom has been chasing these people for a long time, but due to their speed, they’ve always been faster.

Nobody is always right, and nobody is always wrong. Women have issues. Men have issues. Our religious views can be heavily influenced by culture, habits, upbringing, and psychology. And our collective psychology can be so fooked up in ways that contribute to some of the worst mental health outcomes. But nah, let’s act mature while sound stupid and then wonder why you can’t find a partner.

It should be completely okay to talk about these things without turning every conversation into a team sport.

A post addressing an issue within the women’s community does not mean the person hates women. Calling out men does not mean you hate men. Criticizing a cultural practice does not mean you hate the culture. Just because you attached to certain group, religion belief or gender it doesn’t mean you have to sweep everything under the rug. Sometimes you’re simply pointing out a problem because you actually care enough to talk about it.

Nuance shouldn’t be this controversial.

Since women have reached the stage of being labelled “independent women,” where are the men at?

Have they reached the level of becoming “independent men”?

Have they dismantled their own dependence on women?

If bad men get bad women - that is fine. But the sad reality is bad men get good women because they have the experience to spot a bad woman. Therefore they avoid them and choose good women for marriage. Good men can't. They usually end up with bad women. And same for good women who end up with bad men. Do you know who is lucky here??? The bad people, they enjoyed their youth and got better life partners as compared to good ppl who suffer.

Under the Same Sky
By.‌🇨‌‌🇭‌‌🇮‌‌🇰‌‌🇦‌

The clinking of glasses and the sound of laughter filled the cafe that evening.A small reunion initially meant to catch up had slowly turned into a one-man show. The phenomenon of the nouveau riche is always fascinating to observe. When someone comes from hardship and suddenly stumbles upon a bit of abundance, there is an overwhelming urge to scream it to the world. As that wealth grows, their arrogance often surpasses those who were born into money.

She sat not far from me.Her fingers, laden with flashy jewelry, gestured loudly in the air,as if to ensure every eye was fixed on the sparkle she had just bought. Her conversation never veered : bank balances, newly acquired assets, and how "financially stable" she currently was.According to her, everyone needed to know just how successful she had become.

I simply sipped my black coffee in silence.A subtle amusement bubbled in my chest,a mix of wanting to laugh and shaking my head.It was almost funny watching someone so desperately thirsty for validation.Yet,there is always a higher sky above the sky.Boasting about financial stability repeatedly and excessively only proves the opposite : an unquenchable thirst for external approval.

"🇨‌‌🇭‌‌🇮‌‌🇰‌‌🇦‌," she called out suddenly, her tone laced with subtle condescension as her eyes darted toward my unbranded, understated bag sitting beside my chair. "Why do you always stick to the same lifestyle? No urge to upgrade?Nowadays, you have to make your financial stability visible, you know."

A few people at the table turned to look.A brief silence fell over the group.I knew exactly what she was doing, trying to diminish me just to stroke her own ego, much like the passive-aggressive hints she used to drop on social media before she realized who I actually was.

I didn't take the bait. There was no reason for me to lower myself to her level or engage with her noise. To me,true success isn't measured by how loudly someone flaunts their wealth, but by the depth of their gratitude, the way they carry themselves, and the value they bring to others' lives.Abundant material wealth will never be enough if driven purely by desire.

I merely offered a calm, faint smile."For me,"I replied casually,my voice steady, "wealth isn't about how loudly we display what we own. It's about how wisely we manage what we have and how useful we are to the people around us."She let out a dry, slightly dismissive laugh."Well, sure, but validation matters,🇨‌‌🇭‌‌🇮‌‌🇰‌‌🇦‌!"

Before I could respond,a middle-aged man in a sharp suit approached our table. He was the owner of a major business network whose project she had been desperately trying to secure since last month. She immediately sat up,face lighting up,preparing to turn on the charm and rattle off her achievements.

However, the man stopped right beside my chair."Good evening,Ms.🇨‌‌🇭‌‌🇮‌‌🇰‌‌🇦‌.I didn't expect to see you here,"he greeted me with utmost respect, offering a warm handshake."Regarding the joint investment for the foundation and the business expansion we discussed, our board has officially approved it.Thank you so much for your trust in us."

Instantly, the smile on her face froze. Her eyes widened as she realized who she had just tried to patronize. The noise that had dominated the table for the past hour abruptly died down. She stood there paralyzed, face flushing red with embarrassment, realizing that the person sitting quietly in simple attire in front of her was actually the one calling the shots.

After the gentleman excused himself, the dynamic at the table shifted dramatically. She suddenly became excessively polite, her tone softened, and her attitude toward me did a complete 180.Respecting others regardless of their wealth, titles,or status might sound idealistic in an opportunistic world.Tragically, reality shows that some people only show respect when they see something to gain.Belittling others just to inflate one's ego is nothing more than a sign of emotional immaturity.

I choose a different path.To remain grounded when I am at the top,and to never compromise my self-worth when life's wheel turns downward.Keeping a low profile and not allowing everyone to know who you truly are is a wise form of self-preservation.Let others guess ; peace of mind is far more valuable than public applause.

I went home that night feeling deeply at ease.In the end,a person's true class isn't defined by what they have just managed to buy,but by the grace of their behavior when they have everything.
