VAERS (Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System) in USA admits that less than 1% of adverse reactions get reported on their webiste yearly.
Admitting that the majority of Medcial Dr.s out there don’t know that such a website or system even exists!!

My top lip has been very very dry for like a month now despite drinking enough water and using lip balm along with my lip tint.
