As we approach my 5th anniversary on Muzz, I would like to formally nominate myself for:
🏆 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗠𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗟𝗼𝘆𝗮𝗹 𝗠𝘂𝘇𝘇 𝗨𝘀𝗲𝗿 𝗔𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱 🏆
I've been here through:
✨ Mutual matches
✨ Deep conversations
✨ "I see potential"
✨ "I think we're compatible"
✨ "Let's involve family"
And then...less than a week
🏃🏻♂️💨 vanished.
قَدَرُ اللَّهِ وَمَا شَاءَ فَعَلَ 🤣
Meanwhile, every time I try another marriage app:
Step 1: Install app
Step 2: Create profile
Step 3: Immediate regret
Step 4: Return to Muzz 😭💀
At this point, my relationship with Muzz is more stable than most of my matches.
I've even maintained an on-and-off Gold Membership for years. Surely that qualifies as loyalty points? 🌝🤏🏻

Give me an option to disable/delete only my jamaa profile.
The muzz and jamaa profiles should be independent of each other .
How does Muzz plan to get a handle on all the fake profiles? I’m finding 2-3 per day. I report them all but this is just getting draining to spend time only to discover they are fake. Photo verification badge clearly means nothing.
There should be an option to disable swiping. I open the app and it by default gives random people a view, when I am not wanting to view anyone’s profile.
I just opened Jamaa and noticed that my bio has been removed. Why and how did this happen?
If this was done by the Jamaa team, then users should at least be informed before any changes are made to their profiles. How can an app simply edit someone's profile information without any notice? It feels completely unethical and quite concerning.
Where is the transparency? And if profile information can be changed without our knowledge, should users also be worried about the safety of the personal information that this app collects?
I would genuinely appreciate an explanation from the Jamaa team regarding what happened and why ? Users deserve clear communication and transparency !

A humble request: please introduce dark mode before our eyes give up on us. We already have enough hurdles in finding a spouse,poor eyesight doesn’t need to be added to the list.

Self employed or entrepreneur ✅ Great, BUT,
I believe Muzz should make it a must to fill in the type of self work that the person does as unfortunately most of them use this when they are totally unemployed.. So we need to distinguish.. Thanks 🙂
It would be great to go through the compliments like we can go through the message requests.
Why can't I install this on my new phone.
It says this app isn't available on playstore.
