People with eczema, have you ever dealt with a flare up on the soles? Any tips for recovering would be appreciated. I feel like I have to not walk to recover 😭

I see so many people training incredibly hard in the gym, yet almost all of that effort goes into building muscle.

When it comes to cardiovascular fitness, their “cardio” is often just a comfortable walk or a few minutes on an incline treadmill. Here’s the problem. If your heart never has to work harder, it never has a reason to adapt.

Just as muscles need progressive overload to grow stronger, your cardiovascular system needs the right intensity to become more efficient. Walking is great for general health, recovery, and increasing daily activity but it isn’t enough to maximize aerobic fitness for most healthy people.

Your heart ♥️ is the most important muscle you’ll ever train.
Don’t just ask, “How much can I lift?
Also ask, “How fit and efficient is my heart”?

Train your muscles. But don’t neglect the engine that powers them all.

A strong body with a weak engine will always have limitations. Remember that
