Salam, a while back an acquaintance had an injury, he was a football player and told me while in recovery he was using a machine to stimulate his muscles and it essentially give him the same effect of working out while he was recovering. This was so long ago so I have no way of asking him now but Iooked online and saw something called a tens machine. I’m not sure that it gives the said effect though. Does anyone know if that machine actually has that type of result?
As long as it stimulates muscle contraction will a machine essential cause you to maintain or build muscle (assuming you’re also eating the proper protein) ?

Thank you

Doctors use jargon medical terminology to confuse every day people. Making them feel dim witted and out of their depth, so people just default to trusting the "experts" without a second thought.

Latin terms are used—"dermatitis" instead of "skin infection," and "septicemia" instead of "blood infection."

This tactic is exactly the same as that used by Christian priests, where Latin scripture was used to ensure that the laypeople did not understand the Bible, thus strengthening the authority of the priests and the people's sense of needing them.
