Do you know any exercises to get rid of belly fat? Some people say to do cardio first. Why is an abs workout not recommended first?

Pull-ups. My favourite test of pure bodyweight strength. 💪🏽
There’s something about pull-ups that builds more than just back muscles—it builds patience. It’s just you, the bar, and gravity. No shortcuts.
Taking care of this body is an amanah (a trust), and staying consistent when no one is watching is what builds true discipline.
Looking for a sister who also values health, self-improvement, and pushing herself to be better every day. What’s your favourite way to stay active? 👇

Walk to the gym. Pull-ups. Dips. Leg raises for the core.
Sometimes you don't need a crazy complicated plan. Just you, a pull-up bar, and gravity. Bodyweight basics hit different. 💪🏽
What’s your go-to bodyweight exercise? 👇

How To Improve Boxing Muscle Endurance While Balancing Gym, Bulking and DOMS??
Pre COVID, I was pretty muscular, around 25kg heavier than I am now. I’m currently bulking, but I don’t want to get that big again.
I’m aiming to gain another 8-10kg of muscle while prioritising boxing and Muay Thai from next month.
My cardio and muscle endurance is pretty trash at the moment, so I’ve started doing HIIT on the Airdyne bike to improve my stamina.
Since I’ve mainly been focused on lifting heavy, I’m not sure whether I should incorporate more sport specific conditioning, like heavy bag work, or stick with HIIT on the Airdyne.
How would you balance conditioning with gym sessions and recovery, especially when dealing with DOMS? How many days a week would you recommend, and for how long per session?
