It sucks how your body would stop growing teeth when you’re becoming teen but once you hit your adult life your heel bones would still grow an additional useless bones called spurs. Having a heel spur on the bottom of my foot is the worst thing I’m facing.
Who else enjoys working out but hasn’t joined a gym because of the fitna present? Regardless of how much you avoid it

I currently do pilates, kettlebell, weights, but I think I need to change things up as I've been doing these everyday since I was like 17 or 18 lol.🥸🫠
