I want to ask a question and I really need an answer ..

Why do people take advantage of kind and respectful individuals, treating them poorly and assuming they’re naive or don’t understand what’s going on? Respect the intelligence of the people you deal with. Kindness is not weakness

Six symptoms. One root cause.

Weight gain is insulin.
Skin tags are insulin.
Plantar fasciitis is insulin.
Blood pressure is insulin.
Cravings are insulin.
Brain fog is insulin.

Not six problems. One root cause.

The Most Expensive Medicine Is Free
Have you ever noticed that some of the most valuable things in life cannot be bought?
Air.
Peace.
Time.
Sleep.
It is almost amusing.
We spend money chasing better health, yet every night Allah offers us one of its greatest gifts without sending a bill.
Most of us accept it without a second thought.
We close our eyes.
We wake up.
We move on with our day.
Until one night, sleep does not come.
Then another.
And another.
Only then do we realize that a peaceful night is not something we own.
It is something we are given.
There was a season in my life when sleep became a stranger.
Night after night, I would lie awake, exhausted but unable to rest. My body longed for sleep, but it would not come. I cannot fully describe how heavy everything felt. My eyes were tired. My mind was tired. Even simple moments felt difficult.
Then one day, after what felt like forever, I slept.
Only for a little while.
But when I woke up, I was so happy that I started calling the people I loved just to tell them, "I finally slept."
It sounded like such a small thing.
Yet in that moment, it felt like I had been handed back a blessing I never knew could be taken away.
Perhaps that is the thing about Allah's quiet gifts.
We rarely notice them while they stay.
We notice them when they leave.
Maybe tonight, before you close your eyes, thank Allah for a blessing that asks for nothing in return, yet restores your body, settles your mind, and prepares you for another day.
Some of the most expensive medicines in this world are freely given by the Most Merciful.
