The hardest part of building muscle is not lifting weights. it is eating enough food every single day 😭💪
Salam, a while back an acquaintance had an injury, he was a football player and told me while in recovery he was using a machine to stimulate his muscles and it essentially give him the same effect of working out while he was recovering. This was so long ago so I have no way of asking him now but Iooked online and saw something called a tens machine. I’m not sure that it gives the said effect though. Does anyone know if that machine actually has that type of result?
As long as it stimulates muscle contraction will a machine essential cause you to maintain or build muscle (assuming you’re also eating the proper protein) ?
Thank you

I don’t really bench press anymore, and honestly, I haven’t done it in quite a while. As I’ve gotten older, I’ve become more conscious of the risks that come with heavy benching, especially shoulder injuries, pec tears, and unnecessary stress on the joints.
But every once in a while, I like to get back under the bar just to see if I’ve still got it.
