I tried my luck with men aged 35 and above. However, there are many restrictions. First of all, I don't know how to talk to them. Our jokes and humor are so different. They can be too serious, and I don't know how to respond. For example, this one pilot, who is close to 39, would talk very technically and send long texts explaining pilot-related things. I like to hear it, but it's too technical, and I don't know what to say or comment, haha 😵‍💫. He is also a single dad, which is something I can't even relate to. When he talked about his previous marriage, not in detail, just generally about how to make a marriage work and what his regrets were.

Another guy, in his early 40s, has a lot of money and is very financially stable. He even quit his job because he was stressed and isn't planning to get another job in the near future, as his savings and investments are good enough to cover him for a lifetime. When I rant about my work, he can't digest it. It's simply because he's had worse experiences and dealt with worse people than me, so my issues sound and look petty in his eyes. He didn't say it, but I know that's what he felt.🥲

Also, I matched/met the above men when I was in my late 20s. Now, it's harder to match with guys above 35 as they prefer women in their early 20s (20-26ish), so they won't look at a woman in her 30s like me anymore, hahaha.

But it was fun to get to know older men (35-40), it's just hard to relate to them. If I had to choose, I absolutely prefer an older man over a younger man. For now though, my preference would be ±5 years of my age.

Any Palestinian American men in 30s serious about marriage here. My sister is single, never married but doesn’t want to be in these apps and waste time with unserious people. What she is looking for: a Palestinian 🇵🇸 born/raised in America up to the age 38. Deen and family should be important to him. Should be moderate, not liberal but also not overly strict. Someone easygoing and smart and funny. Height 5’8 and up. No drinking. No tattoos. No kids. Divorced is okay but no kids! He should have provider mindset and be financially stable and responsible (that doesn’t mean rich—please read). She is willing to relocate but it depends which state, but she prefers to stay close to us, so places like Texas or Chicago are okay. Our father passed away (Allah yerhamo) so my brothers are the deciders..so it’s important to mention that they always refuse any proposals from Jordanian men (No offense to Jordanians but that’s just what they decided.) I am on here trying to help find potentials and then have the families connect.

About her:
32, never married, hijabi, doesn’t talk to men without reason, never smoked/drank a day in her life, moderately practice. She’s a former Islamic sunday school teacher assistant, currently part-time bookkeeper and office clerk. She is 5 feet petite. She’s enjoys family time, having fun, and attending community events. She loves exploring new places and restaurants. Deen and family are important to her. She is born and raised in US and wants someone like her, or at least spent most his life here and already has US citizenship or green card.

Message me on my number but only if you match what she is looking for. If you know someone you could recommend, feel free to message me as well. Texts only, no calls. 972-379-7249 Any questions about her, message me. Best wishes everyone

Age doesn't define your maturity. You can be 30 but act like 16 yo. You can be 16 but have mind of a 30 yo.
A 50 yo can be the most immature person in the room.

But your body won't lie to you. At age 30 the pain and degradation starts to show. Time to work out properly people!

It’s been a few weeks since I turned 30 and it seems I’ve already started getting some traction with women who are well into their 30s.

Given my experience all this time looking for someone in her 20s, I think it’s time I adjusted my expectations and properly explored the 30s bracket

For those of you well into your 30s, has the process of getting to know someone become any easier? Since we’re all supposed to be adults now… right?
