ALLAH CAN FIX A BROKEN LIFE IN A BLINK OF AN EYE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!🦋💕

If someone made a mistake, repented, and Allah kept that sin hidden, who are we to dig it up and put it on display? People have pasts they are ashamed of. Things they regret. Sins they sincerely asked Allah to forgive. And just because someone knows about them doesn’t mean they have the right to tell everyone else.

Yesterday, we listened to the Jumu‘ah sermon.

But today, my brothers and sisters…

are we actually practicing what we heard?

This is a question that should make every one of us uncomfortable.

Yesterday, we sat in the masjid. We listened to Qur’an. We listened to reminders about Allah, about death, about Salah, about sins, about the Hereafter.

Some of us became emotional.

Some of us said, “Wallahi, I need to change.”

Some of us made promises to ourselves:

“I will stop this sin.”
“I will start praying properly.”
“I will leave what Allah has forbidden.”
“I will become a better Muslim.”

But then we walked out of the masjid…

And life continued as usual.

The phone came back into our hands.

The same sins returned.

The same arguments continued.

The same gossip continued.

The same Haram relationships continued.

The same neglect of Salah continued.

The same disobedience to parents continued.

The same hatred, jealousy, pride and backbiting continued.

And this is the painful reality:

Sometimes we don't need another reminder. We need to start obeying the reminders we already receive.

My brothers and sisters, what is the point of hearing about Jannah if we don't work for it?

What is the point of hearing about Jahannam if we continue walking towards what leads us there?

What is the point of hearing about death if we continue living as though we will never die?

What is the point of crying during the Khutbah if our tears never produce change?

A sermon is not entertainment.

The Qur’an is not background noise.

Islam is not something we practice only when we are inside the masjid.

The real test begins after we leave the masjid.

When nobody is watching.

When our friends invite us toward sin.

When we are alone with our phones.

When we are angry.

When we have money in front of us.

When we have the opportunity to lie.

When temptation appears.

When our ego tells us, “You don't need to listen.”

That is when we discover whether yesterday's sermon truly entered our hearts.

My dear brothers and sisters,

Tomorrow is not guaranteed.

Next Jumu‘ah is not guaranteed.

Even tonight is not guaranteed.

There are people who attended Jumu‘ah last week and are no longer here today.

They thought they had more time.

They planned to repent.

They planned to fix their Salah.

They planned to leave their sins.

They planned to become better Muslims.

But death did not wait for their plans.

And one day, death will not wait for ours either.

So please, don't let another Jumu‘ah pass without changing something.

If you have abandoned Salah, come back to Salah.

If you have a sin you keep returning to, fight it and repent.

If you have wronged someone, make it right.

If you have neglected your parents, go back to them.

If you have been living for people’s approval, return to Allah.

Don't just say, “The Imam spoke well today.”

Ask yourself:

“What am I going to change because of what I heard?”

Because the saddest thing would be to spend years listening to reminders about the Hereafter…

…and then meet Allah having changed nothing.

May Allah wake our hearts before it is too late.

May He forgive us for the sins we commit publicly and privately.

May He make us Muslims who don't merely hear the truth, but live by it.

And may Allah grant us the strength to practice what we heard yesterday before tomorrow becomes too late.

Tomorrow is unknown.

Don't waste today.

Assalamu Alaikum wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuh 🤍

Surah Al-Buruj reminds us that Allah sees every hardship, every tear, every injustice, and every sacrifice made for His sake. Nothing is hidden from Him.

🌸 Lessons from Surah Al-Buruj:

🤍 Hold firmly to your faith, even during difficult times.
🤍 Allah never forgets those who suffer while remaining faithful to Him.
🤍 Be patient, because Allah’s justice is certain.
🤍 Never think your tears and struggles are meaningless—Allah knows them all.
🤍 Allah is Al-Ghafur, The Most Forgiving, and Al-Wadud, The Most Loving.
🤍 No matter how difficult your situation becomes, Allah is greater than your problems.
