The best cure for overthinking or mental health struggles is staying active, staying busy, getting enough sleep, not staying up late, waking up early for Tahajud, reciting the Quran, Subh pray, and then going for a run or doing some kind of workout before heading to work. Oh, and don't forget coffee! 😅👍🏼
