THE SECRET TO A MORE CALM LIFE A

Calm life doesn't mean a life without problems. It's when our hearts aren't easily swayed by things that don't really need to be thought about. Many people feel tired not because their lives are too hard, but because their minds are too busy. Here are some simple things that can help life feel lighter and more peaceful.

  1. Don't Need to Know Everything You don't have to interfere or know everything about other people. Not every drama, gossip, or viral event needs to enter your mind. The more unimportant things you keep in your head, the faster you'll feel tired. Just focus on your own life, goals, and happiness. Sometimes, distancing yourself from the crowd actually makes your heart calmer.

  2. Stop Worrying About What People Say You'll never be able to make everyone like or agree with you. There will always be people who judge, criticize, or misunderstand you. If your life is constantly controlled by what others say, you'll tire yourself out. As long as you're not harming anyone and are on the right path, just move on. Your happiness is more important than the validation of others.

  3. Forgive the Past Past mistakes can be painful, but constantly blaming yourself won't change anything. Everyone fails, experiences disappointments, and makes wrong decisions. What matters isn't how bad your past was, but how you learn and grow from it. Use your experiences as lessons, not as a prison that holds you back.

  4. Lower Expectations Expecting too much of others often leads to disappointment. Not everyone can understand us, reciprocate our kindness, or meet our expectations. Learning to accept reality as it is will strengthen your heart. When expectations are lower, gratitude usually grows.

  5. Learn to Say "No" You don't have to always say yes to every request just to be considered nice. Pushing yourself to please others can exhaust yourself and lose your boundaries. It's okay to say no if you can't. Taking care of yourself is also important. People who truly respect you will understand your limits.

  6. Focus on Today Thinking too much about the future that hasn't happened yet often leads to anxiety and overthinking. After all, life happens today, not tomorrow. Do what you can now. Enjoy the process, celebrate your small steps, and don't be too hard on yourself. A little at a time is better than no action at all.

I used to had this real connection with this gentleman, he was kind and full of surprise. He makes me feel so special and we just connect. 3 months down the road, it suddenly change, we suddenly back to being strangers. It's crazy how quick things change in a blink of an eye. Till today, I miss him.

It's scary how much he has affected me, I never been in this situation with anyone before. ❤️‍🩹

It is so sad to see some Muslim men drooling over a non Muslim woman that is basically naked in the public eye and covered in layers of makeup, but when a fully covered Muslim woman that doesn't layer her face with makeup and knows her religion and has a good personality shows up they get nitpicky about her, but when a Muslim woman that layers her face in makeup and hardly covers again they are head over heels for her, so what makes options 1 and 3 better than 2? they say they follow the religion of prophet Muhammad peace be upon him but some of the men choose the woman that doesn't or hardly follows the rules of the religion.
I know for me seeing men run towards these women destroys my self confidence because it makes me feel like I'm not good enough, pretty enough, thin enough etc, for I am woman number 2 not 1 or 3.
