The challenges young women face—such as exploitation, narcissism, and online grooming—are global. Framing this strictly as a "South Asian patriarchy" issue ignores the fact that women of all backgrounds are navigating the exact same dangers.

The Bigger Picture: A War Against Good and EvilThe focus on "fighting the patriarchy" misses a much larger, global shift.

We are currently living through a profound spiritual conflict between good and evil, played out in a hyper-exposed, narcissistic digital age.When families establish protective boundaries, it is not an act of patriarchal oppression. In a world where young women are targeted online and offline, boundaries serve as a shield.

Choosing the safety of the home and family is often a conscious decision to protect one's soul, mental health, and true self from a predatory environment.

This critique is stuck in an outdated ideology. Reducing the complex dynamics of modern South Asian families to a basic 'fight against the patriarchy' shows a complete failure to see how much our community has evolved.True freedom is a way of being—it isn't defined by your hyper-independence or how much you reject your culture.

Furthermore, this issue is not confined to South Asians.

The entire world is currently caught in a much bigger spiritual war between good and evil.We live in a highly narcissistic, unsafe era where young women are constantly targeted and exploited.

When parents try to protect their daughters, or when young women choose to stay close to home, it isn't 'patriarchal oppression.' It is a conscious shield against a predatory world. Blaming traditional culture for these boundaries completely misses the spiritual reality of the dangers our youth face today."
