The MMM was a Historic Landmark for Blackmen in America and it made men better when they went back home. I am one of those men. After this meeting I accepted Islam and been Muslim ever since. Out of this came The Holy Day of Atonement

The Prophet (PBUH) said:
A man from those before you set out intending to steal. On his way he said, 'By Allah, tonight I will give charity.' He unknowingly placed his charity into the hand of a thief. By morning the people were saying,
'Charity was given to a thief last night.' He said, 'O Allah, all praise is due to You.' The next night he again gave charity, but it fell into the hand of a prostitute. By morning the people were saying, 'Charity was given to a prostitute.'
He praised Allah once
more. On the third night he gave charity, and it fell into the hand of a wealthy man.
Then it was said to him in a dream: Your charity has been accepted. As for the thief, perhaps he may refrain from stealing; as for the prostitute, perhaps she may abandon immorality; and as for the rich man, perhaps he may take heed and spend from what Allah has given him."
