I just finished reading Chapter 4 of the ebook “Path to Qawwam”, titled “Becoming a Shield and a Comfort.”

I gained a deep insight that a true Qawwam truly understands his duties. He does not just work, provide financially, and then step back. Instead, he enters his home bringing a sense of security, actively participates in raising his children, and creates a safe space for deep conversations with his wife. A Qawwam man is a real provider and protector for his family, working hard to leave behind any childish ego.

The book shares a powerful illustration: If an earthquake strikes, a man-child panics, complains, and runs to save only himself, leaving his wife and children behind. But a Qawwam man protects his family and leads them to safety. He looks at them with calm courage and says, "Stay calm, I am here with you."
The earthquake may not stop immediately, but the wife feels at peace knowing her husband will never let her crumble under the ruins.
