Not sure y'all bother reading these but here's one;

If we are requested to complete a compatibility question before liking, the onerous should then be on the recipient in that he/she should be asked whether
a) no, he/she does not likes the person back
b) yes they like the sender too and therefore initiate conversation
c) undecided - will get back to sender (timely reminders and cut off date applied)

The sender should receive update on the recipients choice. Otherwise, we are shooting in the dark here!

@shaz honestly don’t understand why you introduced ads on Muzz!!!! 😭😭 If I wanted ads, I’d go on the Salaams app (literally one of the reasons I left 😭) It’s sooo annoyingggg 🥲

Can we please go back to the old days pre 2024 !!!!

Why unmatching and blocking is so easy to use?(Rhetoric question!)
I have two proposals, and I'm open to any push back 🫣:

A Suggestion for a 24-Hour Grace Period

I think the app could benefit from a 24-hour grace period for both unmatching and blocking.

  1. Unmatch: Instead of an unmatch taking effect immediately, the request could remain pending for up to 24 hours. This gives users time to reconsider an impulsive decision or realize that a misunderstanding may have been involved. After 24 hours, the unmatch becomes permanent if they still want to proceed.

  2. Block: When someone requests to block another user, the conversation should be immediately suspended. The other person would no longer be able to send messages during the 24-hour waiting period. After 24 hours, the block would become permanent unless the user cancels the request.

The purpose isn't to take away users' control. It's to introduce a short cooling-off period that could reduce impulsive or regrettable decisions while still immediately stopping communication.

Since your app is intended for serious relationships, I think giving people 24 hours before permanently ending a connection could be worthwhile.

You should pin muz blog about how you were approached by match .com who tried buying you guys out and because you wouldnt sell, they became vindictive and sued you big time and how it took to come back up.

Many users who complain about x amount of dollars they need to pay have no idea what is a day to day operational cost to run the app.

Pay apple and android their charges. Then on top of that salaries of the individuals and many aspects.

The fact that we as users can put a ceo as in tag him says a lot which tinder or any other datings app would do.

Instead of supporting muzz we like to complain. No wonder no ones getting matched or married.
