Hello everyone I'm new and single
Everyone I’m tired of being spammed with notifications for Muzzmeets or whatever it is called. No I don’t want to have dinner with a group of people from here. Can you at least amend the notification settings so I can have an option to turn off certain types of notifications because right now the only option is to turn off all app notifications

How is it you people are allowing LGBTQ people into this platform? And that too with verification.
LGBTQ is haram to begin with. I tried reporting the profile but the option is not there. This is absolutely sad that someone was male and converted to a female and then saying they follow Islam. Please do not take islam as a joke.

Hello Muzz Support,
My selfie verification has repeatedly failed even though I have followed all of the photo and verification guidelines. I have tried multiple times under good lighting with my face clearly visible, but the system continues to reject my verification.
I am also a Gold member and have already contacted support through the Muzz app, but I have not received a response yet.
Could someone from the Muzz team please manually review my profile and assist me with completing the verification?
I would really appreciate your help, as I would like to continue using my Gold membership without this verification issue.
