Why is it so hard to find a practicing Muslim girl? I’m a physician by profession, make decent money, strictly practicing. The only downside is I’m divorced and 37. My ex lived with me for 3 months and left after taking greencard. When it comes to finding a practicing Muslim girl it’s close to impossible. Either they have issues with my divorced status or me being too practicing. I don’t even demand anything other than just being practicing and humble

Whatever I get by luck, I always lose it due to the intensity of misfortune.

My life is very strange.

After many days of sleepless waiting, when I feel like I have finally found a little light, a loved one, a little peaceful sleep, a little untroubled hope, then my misfortune comes silently and knocks on the door.

My hands are like lotus leaves. How carefully I want to hold the water, but I can't. As soon as I tremble a little, everything falls out. It becomes empty again.

So now, when I get something else, I don't smile. I'm afraid. I'm afraid that I've lost it. I'm afraid that this too is not for me.

Sometimes fate gives me something kindly, but my misfortune never shows me mercy. With its intensity, it always proves that I was not born to get; I was born to lose.

Until that day, I’ll keep healing, keep praying, and keep believing that Allah can replace every heartbreak with something more beautiful. 🤍🕊️

Salam everyone.

I’m 26, from Karachi, and here with a genuine intention of finding a meaningful connection that can eventually lead to marriage.

I’m a working professional, family-oriented, respectful, and someone who values honesty, understanding, loyalty, and good communication. I believe everyone has a past, and what matters is the person we choose to become moving forward.

If there’s any here who feels we might be compatible and would genuinely be interested in getting to know each other, you’re welcome to reach out. No pressure, no judgment — just a respectful conversation and seeing where it goes.

May Allah make the right person easy to find for all of us. Ameen.

Best part of when speaking to a potential and they state i would recommend/vouch for you as a decent potential 🤦🏾. If this was the case should we not have been married lol

Also while on the rant. Why would a dicorcee with 2 grown children want a big wedding if to get remarried. Does this just not give wrong vibes to the children as in "its ok to get divorced and remarried". Best part about this person is that she is on the app and that she need to justify/validate/explain how she met the guy if he isnt local as her family doesnt know she is actively seeking a partner on this app. Worcester is a dangerous place for women to add 🤣🤣🤣
