Where are the convert men in late 20s & 30s who have been muslim for more than 5 years and are practicing?

I have developed feelings for a coworker and he has expressed the same for me- the only problem is he is not Muslim. He’s Mexican catholic, but describes himself as more spiritual than religious. He does drink and smoke and before we ever expressed interest in one another he told me he plans to stop drinking and smoking completely a year or two before planning to have children so it’s something in the back of his mind. He knows I would only ever marry a Muslim and that I don’t date casually. He asked me if I could see him reverting and I said “Yes, but only because you truly believe in Islam and not because of another person” I obviously want to explore this and encourage him to revert but I don’t know how to proceed. I once left my phone in the break room while I went to the restroom and the athaan went off on my phone- when I came back he said my alarm went off and started reciting the athaan with perfect accuracy- said it wasn’t the first time he’s heard it LOL. I don’t want him to revert for me, I don’t want him to resent me, but I also am scared he will look into Islam and come across redpill content that will turn him off from Islam. I genuinely don’t know how to proceed.
