What to do today:
- Take Ghusl & wear clean clothes
- Recite Surah Al-Kahf
- Send lots of Salawat on the Prophet ﷺ
- Go to Jumu'ah early & listen to the khutbah
- Make lots of dua, especially before Maghrib

I have a question to sunni brothers and sisters, i was born as an ismaili shia and was guided to the ahlus sunnah wal jama'ah roughly 8 years ago, i've had ups and downs with my identity as a muslim since, would you see me as a revert, because i personally don't see ismaili shia as muslim however i used to follow all the tenets of islam strictly, more strictly than most sunni's did.
Additionally anyone know any ex ismaili shia sisters 🤣, most people take a look that im an ex shia and not got the family situation sorted and are like they don't want the smoke, which i get and you are entitled to that, and usually walk away. Anyone got any suggestions?

[ How Wonderful Is Our Religion ]
An Englishman once asked a Muslim preacher:
“Why doesn't a Muslim woman shake hands with all men?”
The preacher replied:
“In Britain, can just anyone shake hands with the Queen?”
The Englishman answered:
“No. There is a law that specifies only certain categories of people are allowed to do so.”
The preacher then said:
“Likewise, in Islam there are also specific categories of men with whom a woman may have such familiarity. Allah has only permitted those who are her maḥrams to have that level of closeness with her.
As for non maḥram men, they remain strangers to her.
Just as you honour the Queen because of her position, we honour our women because Allah honoured them.
A believing woman's dignity is not measured by how many people have access to her, but by how faithfully she preserves the honour Allah has given her.”
If you would honour a worldly queen, then why object when Allah honours the believing woman?

Being a revert makes the spouses in-laws more important. My family seeing muslims have consistent bad akhlaq is a deal breaker !

Anyone noticed that reverts usually don’t want each other 🤔 they both want to enter a muslim family, perhaps more so than working on their own families becoming a Muslim family, but who knows.
