I want to meet the wife of someone who is interested

I’m genuinely interested in the British accent… but the moment I hear native speakers talking at full speed, I’m immediately K.O. 😂😭
Like… how am I supposed to fall in love with an accent I can barely survive listening to? 😭🤏🏻
British accent: elegant.
My listening skill: fighting for its life. 💀🇬🇧

You do know that mods and admin can see who posts as Anonymous right 🤷🏽♀️🤣
Some people are looking for genuWine advice here under that! Fair enough!
So this is more for those being silly with their posts and comments lol -- you aint all that hidden 👩💻!
@asiframzan
So I had my white, Scottish non-Muslim sister around today for dinner and to visit my mum and have a catch up with me. We were talking about the cost of living crises these days in the UK and how such factors can affect relationships.
I decided to do a little live experiment, I gave her my phone to check out the Jamaa app for about a couple of hours so she could scroll through it while I was busy talking to her partner. I asked her to give me her honest first impression assessment as a non-Muslim of the people generally on the app compared to non-Muslims in her wider social circle IRL. And it was a very interesting review.
Her initial reaction:
“Asif I have to say, quite disappointed from what I’ve read. A lot of Muslim women are either very depressed, whining about men, they come off as materialistic, slightly entitled to a future partner’s support. Women harp on about their careers more than actually showcasing interesting things about themselves. The men are very negative and moany, they sound very robotic and copied and passed versions of each other and I’ve read a lot of them who hate on women doing well and seem quite insecure. Sorry but I’m glad I’m not in that type of social platform, what an unoriginal and boring place”
I have to admit, as a Muslim brother, when she gave me my phone back, I wasn’t ready for that lol I get there will be generalisations made and it’s all reactionary. But it is quite telling of the Muslim community as a whole if a random non-Muslim has assessed the overall energy and her first impression of Muslims online to be of this nature. Genuinely makes you think where is the wider ummah going wrong and is this really the impression we give off to wider society?
Would be good to discuss this with anyone 👍🏻

Then men wonder why women don't want to get married.

The Prophet Muhammad said that Allah stated: "O My servants, I have forbidden injustice upon myself and have made it forbidden amongst you, so do not commit injustice." — [Hadith Qudsi, narrated by Muslim]
Assalamu alaykum brothers and sisters
السلام عليكم و رحمة الله و بركاته
Is there here any Algerian Muslim from USA /UK/CANADA/AUSTRALIA who wants to marry a religious sister who teach Quran so she would teach Quran for reverts and non-arabs there?
@imjustbigz
Just a reminder, if virginity is a stipulation of marriage and the woman lies n gets married. The man has the right to divorce her for violating that stipulation.
Been using a few dating apps and one thing I picked up on is how many guys are divorced it’s shocking
Then I try Muzz and it’s the same thing even these guys on their deen are divorcing at a mad rate
Halal Dating in 2026 is tough out here.
