You just take a risk based on what they've said and then its a lifetime of adjustment, compromise, faith and trust.

The hardest part is that you will never really know someone, only what they choose to reveal to you.

As some of you are already aware, I look after my disabled mum almost full time and I am currently studying part time for my law degree. Can’t wait to get back into full-time work at some point in the future once a few my siblings are able to rearrange their schedules and things get easier for me inshallah.

Until then, does anyone have any good / creative ideas on how I can make money from my laptop? I am quite good with digital design and I can code using AI, just don’t have a lot of time to commit due to caring responsibilities. As long as it is halal please. Any advice?

Why shame another person for an X post, with all their information and pictures for everyone to see and then justify it?

If you don't like someone, block them and move on. Advise them privately if you're genuinely desperate to help.

I'm not advocating that serious posts involving genuine harm shouldn't be brought forth. I'm talking about the petty things. The petty comments. The personal messages etc.

Do we forget that we're also fallible beings? We sin every day, and yet Allah doesn't expose or humiliate us. If anything, He leaves the door open for us to turn back to Him and seek forgiveness.

Use the appropriate measures rather than clout seeking and publicly shaming someone.

Report them, perhaps?

Why drag someone who's already troubled further into the cesspit?

There is a difference between holding someone accountable and humiliating them.

We should know the difference.

So I have been chatting to this women for the past month, things were going great. We both exchanged numbers, met up for a coffee & still seem to be enjoying each other's company.

However, one day as we was chatting she brought up the conversation of how many people she dated & wanted to know how many people I've dated.

I told her that's in the past & it's not important. She asked me have I ever been in a casual relationship, I said No.. I asked her Have you.. she then hesitated & said Yes.

If it was a previous casual relationship then maybe, just maybe I would overlook it. But this casual relationship was pretty recent.

Any advise??
