Hi/Salaam, There's something I'd like to be honest about (by being anonymous - easier that way just like the rest of the people that go anonymous) and it's not the easiest thing for me to bring up because I do find it quite embarrassing to talk about. I can't have children, and I completely understand that women having a family of their own might be something important to them actually most defiantly for most. But then all I keep thinking is what about me :/ like how am I supposed to find someone then and I keep getting upset about it as I been let down so many times just because of this!

💧First thing I would say is: please make sure you have enough water to enable you to make wudu. As Allah is the best of planners.
And ofc enough to drink to stay alive too 😆
🍪Long lasting food such as tins (make sure you have a manual tin opener!)
Crackers/crisps/rice cakes/biscuits
Long life juice/milk
Cans and bottles of drinks that don’t need to be refrigerated etc
Pet food if you have a pet
🩹 Medicines that you need, a first aid kit and painkillers
🔦 In the event of losing power - a torch, powerbank and wind up radio.
🔥 To keep warm in the event of gas/elecric failure - thermal underwear, hat, gloves, socks and blankets. Also you can get disposable heat pads for muscular aches and pains and disposable hand warmers. In winter if you lose power and heating, things like this will make a huge difference to you and your loved ones in freezing temperatures.
🧻In the event of losing water/plumbing: toilet paper, wet wipes, disposable gloves, bin bags, sanitary items, hand sanitizer and antibacterial wipes
📝cash, paper and pens, books to read, written down addresses and physical maps in the event of no sat nav, written down telephone numbers, and a meeting point and time of day arranged with loved ones should communication systems fail
