Sincere and open minded big brotherly advice to all my young brothers out here looking for marriage inshallah.

Never be desperate.
Never exaggerate your ability.
Never settle for the bare minimum.
Never lower your standards.
Never play the feminine role.
Never sell yourself short.

Always be a leader.
Always set the boundaries.
Always have a wise and sound plan.
Always keep your cool.
Always project manners.
Always apologise first

Inshallah may Allah make your path easy for finding the soul that was made for you 🤲🏻

Ladies I currently have over 700 DMs from UK brothers. I haven’t read these and it makes me think, 🤔 if there are so many in my DMs these same guys must be in all the other girls DMs on here.

How are we ever supposed to trust any guy and believe him when he says he’s serious about you only?!? Like surely these men are just out here speaking to multiple girls online. And this is only ONE platform. Imagine how many on snap, insta, other dating apps etc 😩😩😭😭

What a depressing thought!!!

I had an interesting discussion today over a chai with a good muslim brother I have known for a few years now. He lives a good life and is looking to get married and the topic of looking for potentials came up in our conversation.

So this brother had been looking for a wife for around 2-3 years now up until now.
He is in his early 30s
He owns his own place (no mortgage)
He has savings and halal investments
Lives alone intently for future marriage
He is financially stable mashallah
Not been married and no kids
He is currently studying in uni (evenings)
He actively prays 5 times a day
His only crime for being constantly rejected on apps like Muzz? Being a local full-time bus driver.

It’s quite staggering how many times I’ve read women complaining about “men don’t provide” or I need a “provider”. Surely a provider could be on the minimum wage? I mean he could be financially very astute and have a 999 credit score. He could have the consistency of a lift cable keeping life moving day in-day out. Why does the modern perception of a “provider” have to be in a certain income / tax bracket? Are we that afraid of building bridges together by experiencing temporary strain and poverty? Surely life in 2026 with all the social awareness, facilities, tech and evolved living in young people have these days would ensure you and your spouse would not be in a cardboard box on the street and you wouldn’t be starved to death like past generations?

It made me sad to hear his account as I feel for the brother. It seems that as soon as a sister hears he is a full-time bus driver, they ghost him. I’m now starting believe that there are elements of the wider Muslim community in the UK which promote an economic caste system which they have concocted to project their materialistic and and often judgemental nature under the guise of “preference”

Just Trying to get down to the bottom of this obsession about not wanting 50/50 and wanting a solid provider yet good honest providers out here are being overlooked for reasons which probably tell more about the sister than they do the hard working man.

Thoughts anyone?

Called me 6x from a private number while I'm driving on a motorway and couldn't answer. "Highly professional man" allegedly working for m16 and doj. When I asked him not to do that this was the response.
