Alright +60 days of torture at physical therapy, the most of pain was mentally since I'm athletic and couldn't get back in my flow but today i actually got dismissed: as in I'm full recovered in strength so back on track 💪🏾 now it's only the mobility and keep building up power to get back into my prime💯☝🏾🚴🏾‍♂️2027 will be my year inshaAllah 🤲🏾🚴🏾‍♂️

For me, it's very important to choose a man who eats healthily, exercises regularly, and takes good care of his physical health. I see these habits as signs of self-discipline and self-control. They show that he is capable of managing himself and taking responsibility for his own well-being. I believe a man should be able to lead himself before he can lead a family.

My romance game is really not there.

A Muslim sister rejected me gracefully yesterday, had to shoot my shot anyway❤️‍🩹😌.

What advice do you girls have for a 29-year-old man to be more romantic?

From barely finishing 5 reps of squats, followed by roughly 1week of soreness, to completing 100reps of squats (20reps *5sets) in one session yesterday 🎉🎊. Today, I was expecting to feel soreness but I only feel heaviness—I guess I’m getting there😁.
For me, the ability to stack up progress is the most fulfilling value I obtained. As someone who hates being a beginner, and to see myself struggling through the process, it’s shifted my perspective around sitting through the discomfort of new beginnings and will definitely fuel my other prospective ventures. Hope to Keep it up🙏🏽 🤭
