Starting Again, But This Time for Myself 💪
After a long break, I’m finally stepping back into the gym. I know the hardest part isn’t lifting weights; it’s staying consistent when motivation fades and life gets busy.
This time, I don’t want to chase quick results. I want to build discipline, improve my health, and become a better version of myself, one day at a time.
I may not be where I want to be yet, but at least I’m starting again. ❤️
My goal is simple: stay consistent, even on the days I don’t feel motivated.
Wish me luck on this journey! And for those who have been through the same phase, what helped you stay consistent? 😊

Getting up early in the morning to go to the gym is so difficult when it’s dark outside, it’s cold and very quiet , in the winter and you’re alone.
What are your top motivational tips, . 👊🏽
Shall I pretend it’s sunny and hot and busy outside. ? Delulllu

Sticking to 40 lbs for biceps—just enough to keep the muscle defined without getting too bulky. 💪🔥

Hey,
How often/days do you go to the gym?
What time do you go?
How long do you stay for?
What do you do at the gym?
