I've decided to stop being a fat chud and started going back the gym, I've been doing kettle bell swing ladders, i kinda was a bit intense tho with it, i started with 24kg kettle bell 😅 and now ladder up to 10 isn't very difficult, past 10 is however😬. I'd really recommend kettle bell swing ladders, its really good for your vo2 max.
Anyone else have experience with kettle bell swing ladders?

Type O - “Hunter”
Best foods:
High-protein foods such as meat, vegetables, fish, and fruit.
Limit:
Grains, beans, and legumes.
For weight loss:
Seafood, kelp, red meat, broccoli, spinach, and olive oil.
Avoid:
Wheat, corn, and dairy.

Type A - “Agrarian”
Best foods:
Fruits, vegetables, tofu, seafood, turkey, and whole grains.
Limit:
Meat.
For weight loss:
Seafood, vegetables, pineapple, olive oil, and soy.
Avoid:
Dairy, wheat, corn, and kidney beans.
Type B - “Nomad”
Best foods:
Meat, fruit, dairy, seafood, and grains.
For weight loss:
Green vegetables, eggs, liver, and licorice tea.
Limit/Avoid:
Chicken, corn, peanuts, and wheat.

Type AB - “Enigma”
Best foods:
Dairy, tofu, lamb, fish, grains, fruit, and vegetables.
For weight loss:
Tofu, seafood, green vegetables, and kelp.
Limit/Avoid:
Chicken, corn, buckwheat, and kidney beans.
