Recently they put a stent in my ureter for two weeks to prepare me for kidney stone surgery. It is torture every time I go to pee.

DRINK YOUR WATER PEOPLE! 🌊💦 You do NOT want a kidney stone!
Some women have described the pain being worse that child birth. I can’t compare that but Im telling you, Id rather go to washroom to pee every hour for the rest of my life than to endure this pain for even only two weeks!

The goal was never to be skinny.

The goal is to become too strong for aging to break you.

Every pound of muscle is a vote for a longer, healthier life.

Strength gives you freedom.

Muscle helps you keep it.

Lately, I’ve noticed a pattern that’s been on my mind. Almost every man I’ve spoken to seems to be dealing with some ongoing health issues, lower back pain, frequent headaches, gut problems, or something else.
I know nobody is perfectly healthy, and I’m certainly not expecting perfection but i can’t deny that it feels a little overwhelming when nearly every conversation includes multiple recurring medical issues. It’s not about judging anyone, it’s just something I’ve found emotionally tiring, and it leaves me wondering whether this is simply the reality for most people today or if I’ve just happened to come across an unusual pattern.

The Breath Between the Words
There is a breath between every sentence we speak.
Most of us never notice it.
Yet in that quiet pause, the shoulders soften, the chest rises without asking for permission, and the heart remembers that it is still being carried.
Perhaps this is why Alhamdulillah feels different when it is not rushed.
Not because the words are magical on their own, but because they are wrapped in a breath that slows us down long enough to notice the gift of being alive.
We spend so much time searching for what will heal us that we forget the smallest mercy arrives thousands of times each day.
A single breath.
Then another.
And another.
Maybe health is not always found in doing more.
Maybe sometimes it begins by honoring the breath between the words.

No better feeling, than overcoming your nafs and hold the continuity for another day.
Little bits, small success, alot of sweat, maybe pain, new numbers on the scale, new prs… no matter how little, they feel big when you reminisce what your weaker self barely do…
But we will never be safe of fighting the same fight tomorrow.
Stay strong, it will help you to love and appreciate yourself. workouts are therapy for your soul too

I post that anonym so that my face and nothing of my persona does matter, just the message. I dont want to be acknowledged… i want that everyone who finds himself in this text, to respect and love himself for every try, every loss and finally for every win
