then I had creatine 2 hours later
Also trying to stay Hydrated
Training chest today without eating anything other than eggs
After workout gonna have protein Shake
And probably whatever is cooked at home.
The Heat is making me sweat way more compared to the average session but idk if that also plays a part in Fat burning or not

My ladies what can I use to burn belly and back fat?😩
@CoffeeisLiife
Have always been baffled about this at the gym...
Why do people go through the trouble of switching the grip bar only to mostly sit there and scroll on their phones?!!!
Has anyone here dealt with a herniated disc that eventually required surgery?
I’ve been struggling with lumbar disc issues for about a year. I have herniated discs at L3-L4-L5, and S1, but L4-L5 seems to be the main problems. Three epidural steroid injections haven’t helped, and the pain radiating down my leg has become difficult to live with. For the past few weeks, it’s been limiting my walk and affecting my daily life.
I’m now at the point of consulting a spine surgeon.
I’d really appreciate hearing your experience, whether you had surgery or recovered without it. Any advice or things you wish you’d known would mean a lot.
