The world will convince you success is a number.

  • -

    Your salary.

  • -

    Your followers.

  • -

    Your possessions.

But real success is:

  • -

    A peaceful life.

  • -

    A happy home.

  • -

    A body with energy.

  • -

A life with those you love.

A rich person with no peace is still poor.

Vitamin A does more than support your vision...

It helps train your gut's immune system.

Retinoic acid, the active form of vitamin A, helps regulate immune cells and supports the integrity of your gut barrier

Welp...I actually fell down the stairs and fractured my foot and headphones :/

Here's the best part about going to the emergency and getting pain killers though💀☠️💀

Doctor: Take it easy for 6-8 weeks
All I heard was...well great time for almost 3 hours of cardio, but I'll take it😂 P.S. I would NOT recommend stairmasters, stick to resistance stationary bikes FFS😂

Keep at it bros🤙🫡

God actually gave me this energy, so y'all can sue him😋
