I haven’t prayed in a long time idk what’s blocking me from praying I feel sort of defeated in life and it’s like the hurt is keeping me away from praying. I know everything happens for a reason and I’m glad with everything that happens I’m content with. I just feel so heartbroken over life nothing specific heart broken over everyone just letting me down. I want to pray at least one prayer but I know I’ll cry my eyes out. I need advice / encouragement

I asked 100 people one simple question:

Almost everyone gave me a different version of the same answer:

“I don’t have time for anything else.”

That’s a lie.

And the scary part is, most of them genuinely believe it.

The human brain loves nothing more than lying to itself.
