How normal is it to be asked to go on a trip with someone? He even said that if you want you can take your friend with you.

Myself: Alhumdulillah, I'm a kind person IRL..

I have a serious question for everyone. It might sound weird, but I'm asking because it really triggers me.

I work in a kindergarten, and I have a male colleague. Whenever some of the kids, especially the girls, sit on his lap, get sunscreen put on them, or have their diapers changed by him, it really triggers me.

I've noticed that if he's sitting on the floor and a girl sits on his lap, he'll lean back with his arms behind him on the floor. He probably doesn't have any bad intentions, but I just feel so uncomfortable with the thought of little girls being that close to a man who's basically a stranger.

I catch myself constantly watching him because there have been so many horrible cases involving male staff in schools and daycares.

What do you guys think? And those of you with kids, how would you feel about it? Should I just relax, or is it understandable that I feel this way? 😩 Help a sister out
