The reality is that men and women often struggle in different ways. Women may struggle with filtering through attention that lacks sincerity. Men may struggle with finding attention and emotional validation in the first place.
Yes, women generally receive more attention, especially in dating spaces. This has been true for a long time, and it is partly because men have historically been more likely to initiate, pursue, and express interest first. Now for women a lot of that attention can be shallow, unwanted, disrespectful, or focused only on appearance.
Over time, that constant attention can shape expectations. Some women may come to expect that even high-quality men will pursue them in the same way. As a result, they may dismiss genuine interest, assuming it’s no different from the countless other approaches they receive. That can lead to frustration and resentment when meaningful relationships don’t develop.
On the other hand, many men experience the opposite problem. They often feel invisible, overlooked, or as though their emotional needs are ignored. That loneliness is real and deserves empathy. But when that pain turns into resentment toward women as a whole, it creates the same kind of unhealthy cycle.
Both experiences are valid, but neither resentment nor generalizing the opposite *** leads to healthy relationships. The answer is not to compete over who has it harder. The answer is to recognize that both experiences can exist at the same time.

Some people match with you, but they just ask, "How are you?" and then disappear. What's up with that? How can we get to know each other if they ghost and disappear? I think it's too weird when you try to match with someone, and when he/she accepts, but they're not even trying to reply. I always feel that person isn't real or is just here to play around and waste time.
What do you think is going on?

Life is too short to get depressed laugh when you still have teeth.

I am mentioning on my profile that I want my future husband on the same financial level as me or higher, because I already provide a high standard of life for myself.
Why is it taken so badly by some?
Also why people who disagree or cannot provide the same lifestyle still match with women like that? I would love to know.
